Face Value 25 Cents | 1989 | Scott 2416

The US Postal Service commemorated 100 years of South Dakota statehood with this 1989 stamp issued in Pierre. Each features pasqueflower and a sod house with pioneer woman. These 25-cent stamps can still be used to pay postage on current mail (using additional postage as needed to make up the current first-class rate). Use these stamps to mail a letter on your trip to Mount Rushmore! These stamps are unused with full gum on reverse; however, due to the age of the stamps, we recommend use of a damp sponge instead of licking the back, or we might recommend using a dab of a permanent glue stick before mailing.

Shipping Info: We ship our stamps, stickers, and other flat items in a sturdy, flat mailer with tracking for the best protection. Because the post office considers this a “package” and not a flexible envelope, the cost of shipping is subject to package prices. This is the best way to protect your purchase.

T-shirts are shipped in poly mailers.
