Benjamin O. Davis, Sr., was a US Army General who became the first black brigadier general in 1940. He retired in 1948, and six days after the public retirement ceremony, President Harry Truman signed an executive order which prohibited racial discrimination in the armed forces. Davis’s son, Benjamin O. Davis, Jr., was a commander of the WWII Tuskegee Airmen and the first black brigadier general in the Air Force. He died in 2002. Shipping Info: We ship our stamps, stickers, and other flat items in a sturdy, flat mailer with tracking for the best protection. Because the post office considers this a “package” and not a flexible envelope, the cost of shipping is subject to package prices. This is the best way to protect your purchase.

T-shirts are shipped in poly mailers.
