Face Value 29 Cents | 1991 | Scott 2517, 2524, 2527

Easter tulips are blooming just in time for spring! Featuring a bold red tulip against a yellow background, these stamps were issued in January, 1991, at the “F” rate of postage (the US Postal Service was preparing for the new rate to go into effect in February, but new stamps featuring the exact postage rate were not ready yet). These stamps at the F rate always retain their face value of 29-cents each. Perfect to use on your Easter greeting cards! Interested in more nature-related or flower stamps to pair with these for postage? Check out our other vintage stamp listings. These vintage 29-cent stamps can still be used to pay postage on current mail (using additional postage as needed to make up the current first-class rate). All are mint with full gum on reverse; however, due to the age of the stamps, we recommend use of a damp sponge instead of licking the back, or we might recommend using a dab of a permanent glue stick before mailing.

Shipping Info: We ship our stamps, stickers, and other flat items in a sturdy, flat mailer with tracking for the best protection. Because the post office considers this a “package” and not a flexible envelope, the cost of shipping is subject to package prices. This is the best way to protect your purchase.

T-shirts are shipped in poly mailers.
