Face Value 32 Cents | 1998 | Scott 3212-3215

As part of the American Music series of stamps issued by the United States Postal Service in 1998, this four-design set honors folk singers “Leadbelly,” Woody Guthrie, Sonny Terry, and Josh White. These stamps continued the series of stamps commemorating American contributions to the performing arts.  Keep one set, and use the others on outgoing mail! Show the recipients of your mail that stamps rock.

These stamps can still be used to pay postage on current mail (using additional postage as needed to make up the current first-class rate). All are unused with full gum on reverse (they are not self-adhesive); however, due to the age of the stamps, we recommend use of a damp sponge instead of licking the back, or we might recommend using a dab of a permanent glue stick before mailing.

Shipping Info: We ship our stamps, stickers, and other flat items in a sturdy, flat mailer with tracking for the best protection. Because the post office considers this a “package” and not a flexible envelope, the cost of shipping is subject to package prices. This is the best way to protect your purchase.

T-shirts are shipped in poly mailers.
