Face Value 29 Cents | 1994 | Scott 2854-2861

This block of 10-35 from the 1990s honors some of America’s most famous jazz and blues singers. Designs feature Billie Holliday, Robert Johnson, Jimmy Rushing, Muddy Waters, Bessie Smith, Howlin’ Wolf, Ma Rainey, Mildred Bailey. Show your love of music on your outgoing mail. Interested in more black history or music stamps to pair with these for postage or projects? Check out our other vintage stamp listings. You will receive a block of 10 of these vintage 29-cent stamps, which can still be used to pay postage on current mail (using additional postage as needed to make up the current first-class rate). All are unused with full gum on reverse; however, due to the age of the stamps, we recommend use of a damp sponge instead of licking the back, or we might recommend using a dab of a permanent glue stick before mailing.

Shipping Info: We ship our stamps, stickers, and other flat items in a sturdy, flat mailer with tracking for the best protection. Because the post office considers this a “package” and not a flexible envelope, the cost of shipping is subject to package prices. This is the best way to protect your purchase.

T-shirts are shipped in poly mailers.
