Face Value 6 Cents | 1972 | Scott 1460

Hop on your BMX and go for the gold when you use these postage stamps on your outgoing letters. These stamps were issued to commemorate the 1972 Summer Olympic games in Munich. The stamps in this block show a peloton racing towards the finish. This block consists of 6-cent stamps which can be used to pay postage on current mail (using additional postage as needed to make up the current first-class rate). Show your Olympic spirit! These stamps are unused with full gum on reverse; however, due to the age of the stamps, we recommend use of a damp sponge instead of licking the back, or we might recommend using a dab of a permanent glue stick before mailing.

Shipping Info: We ship our stamps, stickers, and other flat items in a sturdy, flat mailer with tracking for the best protection. Because the post office considers this a “package” and not a flexible envelope, the cost of shipping is subject to package prices. This is the best way to protect your purchase.

T-shirts are shipped in poly mailers.
