Give your mail recipients a history lesson when they open their letters stamped with these vintage Black Heritage stamps. First issued by the US Postal Service in the 1970s, this ongoing series of stamps commemorates the contributions to American history by black Americans.  Issued in 1981, this stamp honors the contributions of Whitney Moore Young, a civil rights leader famous for his work as Executive Director of the National Urban League. They are a perfect choice for anyone with an interest in history.

All our vintage stamps can be used to pay postage on current mail. These stamps are unused with full gum on reverse; however, due to the age of the stamps, we might recommend using a dab of a glue stick before mailing. (Marginal markings on the block may vary.)

Shipping Info: We ship our stamps, stickers, and other flat items in a sturdy, flat mailer with tracking for the best protection. Because the post office considers this a “package” and not a flexible envelope, the cost of shipping is subject to package prices. This is the best way to protect your purchase.

T-shirts are shipped in poly mailers.
